B: Interfaced, lined sleeves are close fitting at upper arm and have contrast appliqus and binding, ribbon cut from fabric (raw edges and wrong side of fabric will show), and concealed elastic.
C: Skirt has back zipper closure and baby narrow hem. Attached underskirt has horsehair braid in hem.
D: Interfaced, lined belt has snap closures, contrast ribbon cut from fabric (raw edges and wrong side of fabric will show), contrast trim, and optional decorative machine stitching.
